Sound Mortgage is a well established Mortgage Bank based just outside of Seattle, Washington. We got our start back in 1978 when Seattle was known only for it's Space Needle and Starbucks was hardly a household name.

For the past 30 years Sound Mortgage has devoloped its Freddie Mac Seller Servicer Mortgage Banking platform, creating a customer service concept that guarantees the fastest, most efficient service available. Our experience and excellent staff gives us the skills necessary to handle even the most challenging loan scenarios.
